Why has Clean Cruising launched a membership Club?The Clean Cruising Club has been in development since early 2021 and is designed to reward our loyal customers and get people excited about cruising again. The timing of the launch coincides with our 21st anniversary since the business was founded, and comes at a stage where a green light for the local cruise resumption is just around the corner. Our strong partnerships with leading cruise lines allow us to deliver a range of fares and offers to our members. Combining these exciting benefits with an annual membership program sets Clean Cruising and our Club Members on an exciting journey back to taking holidays at sea for many years to come.
Can anyone join the Clean Cruising Club?The Clean Cruising Club is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
How do I join?It’s easy! You can join online at cleancruising.com.au/club/join, or by calling our team on 1800 007 987 or 07 3100 7929. If you are an existing Clean Cruising customer, you can also contact your consultant directly via phone or email.
How can I pay for my Club membership?You can pay for your membership via credit or debit card online at cleancruising.com.au/club/join or over the phone. Alternatively, if you wish to book a cruise using a Club Fare, your consultant can include your membership fee in your confirmation email. You may also use any Clean Cruising Credits you have from cancelled cruises to pay your membership fee, however Clean Cruising Gift Cards can not be redeemed to pay your membership fee as per the gift card terms and conditions.
Can my partner or children be included in my Club membership?Members of your family who reside at the same residential address are eligible to book Club Fares and use the Travel Insurance Discount under your membership. However any subsequent cabins held for travelling companions who reside elsewhere must have their own membership profile. If you and your partner choose to purchase separate memberships you will each have access to all member benefits.
When am I eligible to book Club offers?Once your annual membership fee has been processed you are automatically eligible to book Club Fares & offers. If you enquire about one of our Club Fares but choose to not join the Club, this would result in the Club Fare reverting back to the Public Fare which your consultant will provide.
How do I get an entry into the member cruise giveaway draw?From the date your annual membership fee is processed you are eligible to receive one (1) entry into each trade promotional member cruise giveaway draw. This is provided your membership is active at the closing date and time of the promotional period and you comply with all Terms & Conditions of the individual promotion to qualify as an Eligible Entrant. Is anyone ineligible for the cruise giveaways?Yes, eligible entrants must not be immediate family members of employees of Clean Cruising. Employees of supplier cruise lines whose product is included as part of the prize or any Australian retail or wholesale travel company employees are also ineligible. For further details please read our individual Trade Promotion Terms & Conditions.
How is the Prize Winner drawn?Each prize winner is selected using Randomdraws.com.au, an electronic draw system that is secure, independent and certified for use in all Australian states and territories. Each draw will be witnessed by a scrutineer and livestreamed via our Facebook page.
Who do I contact for help with my membership or to update my details?Our Customer Service Team is available Mon-Sat on 1800 007 987, or you can email email@example.com. If you are a Clean Cruising customer, you can also discuss your membership with your consultant via phone or email.
Renewing my membership?Your Club membership will automatically renew each year for an annual fee of $90. We’ll send you a reminder when the end of your current membership is approaching and give you notice before any membership fees are deducted from your nominated credit or debit card.
Can I cancel my membership?You can cancel your membership by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting our Customer Service Team. Cancelling your membership has the effect of not renewing for the next year. You will still remain an active member and enjoy all the benefits of the Club until your Expiry Date. No refund will therefore be provided.
If I already receive the Cruising News Magazine will I no longer receive this if I don’t become a Club Member?As one of our valued customers we appreciate your continued support over many years. To recognise and thank you we will continue to send the magazine to those already receiving it until the end of the year. After this point we will be making the magazine a Club Member exclusive and we hope you can join us for the next chapter of our business as a Club Member to continue to enjoy receiving the magazine as well as take advantage of all of our other amazing Club Member benefits.
