Silversea Cruises operates five luxury cruise ships named after Rolls Royce cars – Cloud, Wind, Shadow, Whisper and Spirit. Silversea Expeditions have three smaller dedicated explorer ships. With headquarters in Monaco and controlling stake held by Royal Caribbean, Silversea is known for introducing all-inclusive fares. Itineraries promote overnight stays and late departures at ‘hallmark’ ports, allowing more time to sight-see and dine ashore. Their explorer ships offer highly personalised service, and an enriching travel experience to rarely-seen harbours. The onboard atmosphere is that of Italian elegance, as spacious as a fine hotel, warm and homely. Staff are trained by The Leading Hotel Schools of the World. All-suite ocean-view accommodation is large (85% having private verandas), with a well-stocked cabinet.
