My love of travelling started at a young age due to my parents owning a Cat that went to Great Barrier Reef and Dunk Island. The love of the ocean and cruising blossomed from that point and now have been 17 Years in the cruise and travel industry. I love people and making sure they are well looked after and have the most fantastic cruise experience. Receiving photos whilst they are away and updates are great. I enjoy hearing the smile in clients' voices when they call once back home.

Crystal Serenity - Sophisticated and easy to navigate around the ship.
Favourite cruise tip you give your clients
Always pack Aquim sanitiser, a big floppy hat and don't forget your sunnies and suncream.
