• Can I bring any electrical items such as an Iron, hairdryer or powerboard?

  Irons and other heating equipment are not permitted, neither are powerboards. Hairdryers and other such equipment are subject to safety checks at boarding.

• Can I bring medical equipment on board?

  In most cases yes, to ensure your equipment can be used on board please speak with your consultant to arrange this.

• Can I use my mobile while away?

  Mobile reception is available via international roaming, this needs to be set up with your phone provider. Your provider will advise the charge rates.

• Are gratuities included?

  Gratuities are $14.50 USD per person per day and $15.50 USD per person per day for Concierge Staterooms. Onboard purhcases incur an 18.5% fee for gratuities

• Are there theme nights expected on board?

  Most cruises have special theme nights such as a pirate night themed deck party.

• Can I bring alcohol?

  Guests 18 years and older for Australian and New Zealand sailings and guests 21 years and older for sailings out of the United States may bring a maximum of 2 bottles of unopened wine or champagne (no larger than 750 ml) or 6 beers (no larger than 12 ounces) on board at the beginning of the voyage and at each port of call. These beverages must be packed in carry-on (not checked) bags or luggage. Guests wishing to consume wine or champagne that they have brought on board in one of the dining rooms will be charged a corking fee of $26.00 per bottle.

• Can I bring bottled water or other non alcoholic drinks?

  Disney Cruise Line have both water and soft drink included as a part of your fare. Non-alcoholic beverages can be taken on board but must be in your carry on bags.

• How do I pay on board?

  Whilst onboard all purchases are processed through your cruise card. Onboard spending accounts can be paid with credit card, US Dollars or American Express-issued Travelers Cheques denominated in USD.

• How much luggage can I take?

  Disney Cruise Line allows guests to check up to two bags per person (of 20kg or less each), and carry one one bag and one personal item per person.

• I have dietary restrictions, can I be accommodated?

  Disney Cruise Line can accommodate some special dietary needs, including providing no sugar added, vegetarian, low fat, and lactose free or kosher meals at no additional charge.

• Is there a dress code on board?

  Most onboard dining is cruise casual attire, so shorts and t-shirts are permitted with the exception of swimwear and tank tops. Formal night attire the dress code is dress pants with a jacket or a suit for men and dress or pantsuit for women. Adult-exclusive restaurants aboard Disney Cruise Line ships are elegant dining experiences. Guests are requested to dress in a manner consistent with the restaurant’s sophistication. Formal or semi-formal attire is recommended.

• Is there a fridge in my room?

  Each stateroom has a mini-fridge available.

• Is there a kettle in my stateroom?

  Kettles are not available in staterooms and kettles are on the list of prohibited items and cannot be brought aboard by guests.

• What is the currency on board?

  The currency onboard Disney Cruise Line is US Dollars (USD).

• What type of power points are on board?

  All ships staterooms are equipped with multiple North American standard 10V outlets.
