Suzanne's love of travel started when she headed to the UK on her OE when she was 23. She then spent 3 ½ years working and travelling the UK & Europe which opened her eyes to how much beauty our world has to offer. She then returned to New Zealand where she entered the travel industry in 2002. Suzanne has always been a full service agent and she can confidently assist her clients with Ocean, Land or Sea holidays. Some of her favourite places to have visited include Egypt, Bora Bora, Africa & Australia. Suzanne genuinely cares for her clients and she loves hearing about the memories that have been created. There is nothing better than an email or photos from clients whilst they are on holiday having a fantastic time.
What is your favourite cruise destination you visited & why?
More recently Suzanne fell in love with Alaska’s inside Passage. The picturesque fjords and glaciers along with the wildlife (she could watch the bears for hours), history and culture it really has it all. A relaxing cruise destination, you really feel like you have had a holiday.
What is your favourite cruise ship & why?
All ships have their own uniqueness so hard to pick. Suzanne does love the traditional elegance and timeless charm of Cunards’ Queen Elizabeth.
Favourite cruise tip you give your clients
If you have to take a flight to get to your departure port, always fly in at least a day earlier. The cost of paying for a nights accommodation is minimal compared to the stress & missing the first 2-3 days of cruise because a plane delays or cancellations.
