Marigot is the main town and capital in the French Collectivity of Saint Martin. St Martin comprises the northern 60% of a divided island in the Eastern Caribbean. Anguilla (“Eel”, formerly Snake Island due to its shape) is a Caribbean island in the British West Indies, at the northern tip of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles, 270 km due east of Puerto Rico. It is a self-governing overseas territory of the UK with a population around 14,000. The island is low-lying coral and limestone skirted by beaches, coral reefs, and smaller islands and cays. Anegada is the northernmost of the British Virgin Islands, a group of islands that forms part of the archipelago of the Virgin Islands. To the north is the Atlantic Ocean, the deep Puerto Rico Trench, the Sargasso Sea, and the Bermuda Triangle.
