P&O Cruises Australia

(from 180 verified customers)

P&O Australia have been proudly sailing ships around Australia since 1932, making it the first cruise line to operate passenger routes to Australia. Often considered the homegrown cruise line, P&O very much caters to Australians and their tastes. The cruise line offers affordable family adventures, giving Australians and New Zealanders another way to experience their own backyards and close neighbours. With three ships home ported in Australia and sailing year-round, there are plenty of options to choose from. With their quirky decor and exceptional staff, P&O understands the Australian cruiser better than anyone else. With exclusive event touring such as State of Origin and Dark Mofo and themed cruises, P&O celebrates our way of life. They understand what’s essential to Aussies – family, food and an ice-cold beer by the pool. The cruise line offers a laid back and casual style of travel and generally shorter itineraries. P&O continues to be a Papua New Guinea and South Pacific expert, having pioneered passenger cruise to the nation.

P&O staff aren’t afraid to have a laugh with you, and the interior decor shows that they never do take themselves too seriously. From quirky artworks to hidden whiskey bars, P&O have cornered the true blue Australian market. Explore the wonders of your own backyard with cruises displaying The Great Barrier Reef, or head south to Kangaroo Island. Let yourself be awed by the beauty of New Zealand, or discover the rich history throughout the Pacific Islands. Read more

P&O encourages its guests to go beyond the norm and create the memories we’ll keep with us for many years to come. Suited to both young and old - both can enjoy their time with P&O because it genuinely is like no place on earth.
