Duration of Offers & Prices
All offers and prices (i.e. website, email or verbal) are made subject to availability and confirmation at the actual time of booking. All offers and prices made verbally (i.e. in person or by telephone) are valid for immediate acceptance only, they cannot be guaranteed for a later time or date & may be recorded by either party for verification purposes.
Unless specifically stated, an "Upgrade" offer is limited to the next level higher by either category (e.g. an outside cabin to a balcony) or by class (e.g. a D4 to a D2 inside cabin). A "Double Upgrade" offer will apply two category levels higher (e.g. inside cabin to a balcony class).
Once accepted, booking prices cannot be changed in respect of subsequent reduced fare offers made by third party travel operators for new bookings only, such price fluctuations being beyond Clean Cruising’s independent control.

Changes in prices & itineraries
All prices displayed and quoted are in Australian dollars unless otherwise noted. Payments by us to operators on your behalf will be made at the prevailing exchange rate which is subject to market fluctuations. Good and Services Tax (GST)
All prices are inclusive of Australian GST where applicable.
Any airfares that are included in your travel are subject to availability and many have special conditions that apply. When Clean Cruising issues tickets on behalf of these airlines, we do so as an agent of this carrier and do not guarantee that these airlines have appropriate cover. We do not accept any financial liability for any airline's inability to fullfill it's passage of carriage agreement with the passengers. For further information on each airline's insurance cover, please speak with your personal Consultant.

Cancellation & Fees
Revised Policy for bookings cancelled by Operators due to CoVid-19.
Where the cruise line has revised and relaxed their cruise cancellations due to COVID-19, we are offering extra flexibility for travel that has been paid in full for departures up to 31 October 2020 by holding in credit our cancellation fee for a period of 12 months. Where Suppliers have not amended their cancellation policy, our regular cancellation policy is to be applied. Our cancellation fee is $100 per person or 10% of the total value of the booking, whichever is greater, and is separate to any fees applied from individual suppliers. This fee is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be varied by your consultant. This policy update has been updated on 22 May 2020, and will be revised at Management's discretion.
Standard Cancellation Policy for all other bookings.
Cancellation of your booking prior to payment of deposit incurs no fee. Cancellation of your booking after deposit will incur a fee of $100 per person or 10% of the total value of the booking, whichever is greater as well as those that apply from individual suppliers. Clean Cruising may, at its sole discretion, credit it’s fee to the account for other travel to be used within a 12 month period. This fee is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be varied by your consultant without management approval in print.
Refunds of credit balances are not available for cancellations after travel has commenced or in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilised. Refunds will not be made in cash.
Travel Insurance is recommended in the case of unforeseen circumstances to cover cancellation costs.
For bookings deposited, any changes will incur a AUD$50 per person charge in addition to any suppliers' charges. For all bookings where final money has been received by us, a document reissue/amendment fee of AUD$50 (International Bookings) and AUD$25 (Domestic Bookings) per person in addition to any supplier charges will be incurred.
We strongly recommend that at the time of booking and paying your deposit, you purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance policy suitable to your needs. It can protect against your inability to proceed with your travel plans for a wide variety of reasons. We suggest that the policy should include, but not be limited, to the following cover: Cancellation fees, Loss or damage to personal baggage, Loss of money and travel documents, Medical expenses, Insolvency of a travel operator or supplier.
Different allowances apply for international and domestic flights and excess baggage charges are the passenger's responsibility. Please check the allowances on your individual tickets at the time of receipt and if you require further information contact your Consultant or the carrier prior to travel.
