• I’M A CLUB MEMBER, WHERE CAN I FIND MY MEMBERSHIP CARD OR REFERRAL LINK

  These have been emailed to all club members, however if you are unable to find them contact your consultant to have these resent to you.

• HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND USING MY REFERRAL LINK?

  Copy and share your unique referral link with your friends via email, SMS or social media. Your friend then just needs to follow the link to join the Club. After they’ve joined, both of your $50 Referral Credits will then be added under your individual memberships.

• HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND USING MY MEMBERSHIP CARD QR CODE?

  First ensure you have added your digital member card to your apple or android device as this card contains your unique referral QR code. Then have your friend scan this QR code with their smartphone and sign up to join the Club. After your friend has joined, both of your $50 Referral Credits will then be added under your individual memberships.

• HOW CAN I REDEEM MY REFERRAL CREDIT?

  Your Referral Credit can be redeemed towards the final payment on any current or future holiday booked with us. It cannot be used for a deposit, redeemed for cash or onboard credit and cannot be transferred to someone else. It also cannot be utilised to pay your annual membership fee.

• WHEN DOES MY REFERRAL CREDIT EXPIRE?

  Referral Credits will expire 3 years after being earnt.

• IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH REFERRAL CREDIT I CAN EARN?

  You can refer as many friends as you like and earn unlimited Referral Credits. As long as your referred friend is a first time Club Member you’ll earn a $50 Referral Credit for each eligible friend who joins the Club.

• IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH REFERRAL CREDIT I CAN REDEEM?

  No. You can choose to redeem as much of your Referral Balance off the final payment of your next holiday booking. Any balance will be stored in your account and can be redeemed on a future cruise.

• WHERE CAN I SEE MY REFERRAL BALANCE?

  Your digital membership will be updated to display your current referral balance. We’ll also send you updates, like when Referral Credits are added to your account. When you redeem your Referral Credits, you’ll see this as a line item on your invoice. Your consultant will also be able to advise you of your current Referral Balance.

• I’VE GOT A $50 GIFT CARD, CAN I COMBINE THAT WITH MY REFERRAL CREDIT?

  Absolutely! Our standard Gift Card T&Cs apply. You can view them here.

• I’VE REFERRED A FRIEND BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY REFERRAL CREDIT.

  You will receive Referral Credit when your referred friend joins the Clean Cruising Club for the first time and uses your referral code. If you believe a referral credit has not been applied correctly, please contact us at club@cleancruising.com.au so we can look into it for you.

• I’VE HAD TO CANCEL MY HOLIDAY, WILL I GET MY REFERRAL CREDIT REFUNDED?

  Referral Credits once applied to a booking are non-refundable.

• CAN I STILL EARN REFERRAL CREDIT FOR BOOKINGS MADE BY MY REFERRALS?

  No, our new Refer A Friend program replaces our previous referral program. However any Referral Credits you previously earned via the old referral program are still valid to be redeemed towards the final payment on your current or future holiday booked with us.
