All dining venues have open seating at tables for two, four, and more. Dress is ‘resort casual’ and evening wear is optional. The main dining room, Discoveries, with large ocean-view windows, seats 340. Anticipate fine cuisine and exceptional service. Excellent house wines (and beers) are complimentary with meals, or you may wish to select something extra special as advised by your sommelier.

There is a modest surcharge for non-suite guests’ evening dining by reservation in the two specialty restaurants. Both are aft, with great water views – Prime C is a classic steakhouse, and Aqualina serves ‘tastes of the Mediterranean’ from Italy, Greece, France and Morocco – the menus of which are impressive. There are four venues for casual dining. Windows Café buffet is situated aft of the pool deck with its indoor and outdoor settings. Adjacent to the pool is the Patio with sit-down alfresco dining.

Kids

While Azamara does not have age limits on board, they also don’t specifically cater to children. Their ships are designed for the sophisticated adult so you won’t find water slides and kids clubs on board. They do give guests access to high chairs and cots; however, if you do choose to bring children on board know that they will likely be the only ones on board.

Azamara offers a choice of six distinctive dining options, including room service. Whether you’re a fan of haute cuisine or down-home cooking, expect the same delicious quality.
Featuring an exceptional range of choice from Chef’s Table meals to five-course menus paired with the sumptuous wines, these fine dining experiences are hosted by a senior officer or special guest.
The butlers are remarkably adept at tending to the details that make you relaxed and happy. Think of your butler as your personal valet, party consultant and planner, wine expert, mixologist, afternoon purveyor of fabulous treats, reservations specialist, and all-purpose support system.

Cabins

Select between 44 Suites, 205 Verandah, 71 Oceanview (panorama window, porthole or obstructed) or 26 Interior Staterooms. There are five wheelchair accessible staterooms, all near elevators. Remember that singles pay a very low excess for a cabin. Many staterooms and suites are inter-connected, have a convertible sofa bed for a third guest, and even a top bed for a fourth guest. All staterooms have 24-hour room service and a room-service menu, plush bedding and bathrobes, welcoming flowers, refrigerator with mini-bar, shoeshine and turn-down service, and daily news bulletin.

Suites come with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and outdoor veranda. Suites have the services of a butler, and in-suite dining from the full restaurant menu for lunch and dinner. Many other niceties include priority check-in, unpacking and packing of luggage, welcoming drinks, daily afternoon canapés and tea service, and complimentary seating throughout the voyage in the specialty restaurants. The largest suites are the six Club World Owners Suites overlooking the ship’s wake and four Club Ocean Suites viewing forward. Two newly added suites are Spa Suites. Elevators service all decks.)
