Cruises from Isla Baltra
Isla Baltra is a small island in the Galapagos Archipelago of Ecuador. It is used by the Ecuadorian government as a military base, as well as by tourists. On boat trips look out for dolphins, whales and sharks, while accompanied by playful sea lions. Most tourism is concentrated along the waterfront where there is a range of restaurants and stores.
Many even try some scuba diving, but being home to the Galapagos National Park, the Darwin Foundation and the Charles Darwin Research Station, there is much more to investigate. Upon your arrival you will have to pay US$ 100 as national park fees.
