Cruises from Polesella

Polesella (population 4000) is a town on the left bank of the Po River, situated about 70 km upstream from its delta that opens to the Adriatic Sea. Venice lies about 40 km north of the delta. Polesella is much more modest than other cities of northern Italy that lie on the Po: Turin (Torino), Piacenza, Ferrara, and (connected by channels) Milan. Polesella is surrounded by farms producing grains, sugar beets, grapevines, fruit trees, and market gardening.
