Kisar is a small, rocky island in the Southwestern Moluccas in Indonesia with a population of 20,000 living in 19 villages. Kisar is one of Indonesia's forgotten islands, located off the northeastern tip of East Timor and some 500 miles north of Australia's Northern Territory. The south-west coast has beautiful beaches and fascinating marine parks which have never been publicised or commercially developed.
