Triluke Bay is an uninhabited cove on the southern-most coast of the Croatian island of Pasmanin. As one can guess from the name, the inlet has three smaller bays that offer protection in all weather conditions, and is home to delightful hidden beaches and pine forests. The picturesque port town of Zaglav is situated on the bay, with a population of slightly over 350 inhabitants whose occupations include fishing, farming, and olive production. The Kornati diving centre, with top scuba diving equipment and experienced instructors, is also located here, as the surrounding waters with 250 types of botanical life and 300 animal species make it a major destination for scuba divers. Close to hand the 14th century Franciscan monastery is also popular with visitors.

On cruises, Triluke Bay is also known as a Marina Day, as the private marina offers not only scuba diving but also a beach-volley court, as well as a basketball court. Organised activities include beach-volley, basketball, roller-blading, as well as cycling that can be complemented with visiting some of the attractive locations on the island. These include: churches, monasteries, fascinating ancient villages and the famous Veli Rat Lighthouse considered to be one of the most beautiful lighthouses on the Adriatic. Some ships even offer banana boat rides.

Being part part of the Kornati and Telascica National Parks, the island's well-preserved landscape contains many species of medicinal and aromatic herbs, vineyards, fields and olive groves, as well as numerous sand and gravel beaches, that make driving around the island a popular alternative for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life in more populated areas. Then there’s the very different Cave Strasna Pec that has been adapted with an iron-gate entrance and a stairway to the sea.
