Komiža is a small town of 1500 that faces a bay on the west coast of Vis Island, Croatia, in the Adriatic Sea. The port has a small fishing marina and a number of small pebbly beaches. An 8km road links it to the larger town of Vis on the Eastern side of the island, and from where ferries link to the mainland.
