Uninhabited North Seymour Island is a tiny low island off the northern tip of Baltra Island in the Galápagos Islands, Ecuador. They are a remote archipelago of equatorial volcanic islands situated in the eastern Pacific Ocean, about 955 km west of mainland Ecuador, of which they are a province. The whole of the island is covered with low, bushy vegetation including cacti, and birdlife. The rocky shores are home to sea iguanas, sea lions, pelicans and gulls.
