Cayo Largo del Sur (Southern Long Cay) is a small island resort in Cuba, 50 km off the southern coast of Cuba. (Cay = a low island or reef of sand or coral). The 25 km narrow strip of land sits on the edge of a deep abyss on the southern side and the shallow Gulf of Batabano on the Cuba mainland side. The island has an airport by which guests connect to five large resorts and numerous smaller ones, and there’s a marina for a ferry terminal.
