Cruises from Goose Bay
Goose Bay is a natural bay on the island of Newfoundland in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Thr bay actually lies 200 km deep inside an inlet from the Labrador Sea. To reach the bay ships pass many small islands and traverse Lake Melville. Also feeding into the bay from the SW is Churchill River (Grand River to the locals). On the south side of the bay and built on a sandy plateau is the town Happy Valley-Goose Bay, begun in 1941.
