Cruises from Hardy Reef

Hardy Reef is situated on the edge of the Great Barrier Reef approximately 80 km NE of the port of Airlie Beach. It is a platform reef, which means that it has grown to its full height of 20 – 30 metres, and is now expanding outward with large shallow areas ideal for diving and snorkelling. On display amongst the beautiful corals are turtles and amazing, brilliantly coloured giant clams, some of which even glow in the sunlight.
