Nicola first started in the travel industry in 2002 and was in the industry until 2020, fifteen years of that was in the cruising sector. Over the years, Nicola has worked with a number of cruiselines, wholesalers and retailers. After a break for a few years, she decided to return to the travel industry in 2024 as cruising is something she is very passionate about.
What is your favourite cruise destination you visited & why?
The Mexican Riveria in particular Cabo San Lucas. From experiencing the Mexican culture, to whale watching, to swimming with dolphins, to sightseeing, to relaxing on the beach and enjoying a meal in the town, this is a must see.
What is your favourite cruise ship & why?
Celebrity Solstice - The modern luxury and elegance of this ship is something that is really special. It would be something you would expect from a small ship but it is a large ship. Plus the ship has glass blowing demonstrations and a lawn with real grass on it, now that is something you don't see on many cruise ships.
Favourite cruise tip you give your clients
For those of you travelling in a balcony cabin or higher, treat yourself to a balcony breakfast. There is nothing like starting the morning with a lovely meal and enjoying that fabulous view!
