What is your favourite cruise destination you visited & why?
Alaska is Jeanine's favourite cruise destination because it offers a truly immersive experience that is unlike anywhere else in the world. The journey itself is part of the highlight, with dramatic fjords, towering glaciers, and pristine wilderness – all visible right from the ship! The wildlife encounters are exceptional – from whales breaching alongside the ship to bald eagles, sea lions, and bears in their natural habitat – making every day feel unique and unpredictable.
What is your favourite cruise ship & why?
Jeanine's favourite cruise ship is Ponant's Le Commandant Charcot. This ship has long been on her bucket list, made even more special by the fact that she has met the captain who helped design the ship.
Favourite cruise tip you give your clients
Arrive at your departure destination one to two days early when travelling overseas. This allows a buffer in case of flight delays or disruptions and helps ensure you don’t miss your cruise. An added bonus is that arriving early gives you time to relax, adjust to the time zone, and start your holiday feeling refreshed rather than rushed.
