Set up your Clean Cruising smart luggage tracker

Your new smart luggage tracker connects to your phone using Bluetooth and the iSearching app. Follow the steps below to get set up and ready for your next trip.

1. Download the iSearching app

Download iSearching from the:

Apple App Store for iPhone
Google Play Store for Android

Search for “iSearching” in your app store.

2. Turn on your tracker

Press and hold the button on your tracker for 3–5 seconds.
You’ll hear two beeps when the tracker has switched on.

3. Connect your tracker

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.
Open the iSearching app and allow notifications when prompted.
In the app:
- Tap the + / add device option.
- Find your tracker.
- Tap Connect.

Once connected, your tracker is ready to use.

4. Test your tracker

In the iSearching app, tap Find Device.
Your tracker will beep so you can locate it.
Tap Cancel to stop the sound.

Keep track of your luggage

When connected, the tracker works within Bluetooth range of your phone.

If your tracker and phone move out of range, the iSearching app can alert you and record location information to help you identify where the connection was lost.

For these alerts, make sure the Anti-Lost Alarm function is switched on in the app settings.

Good to know

The tracker connects to your phone using Bluetooth, with a stated range of approximately 25 metres / 75 feet in unobstructed conditions.
It is designed to help you keep track of nearby belongings and provide a recorded location through the app if the Bluetooth connection is lost. It is not designed for live, long-distance luggage tracking.

Find your phone with your tracker

Can’t find your phone? If your tracker is connected and within range:

Press the tracker button twice quickly.
Your phone will sound an alert.
Tap Confirm on your phone to stop the alert.

Location history

The iSearching app includes location-history features.

You can use Lost History in the app to view a recorded location associated with your tracker.
The tracker can also be used to mark a location, such as where you parked your car, which you can then access through Location History.

Use it as a camera remote

Your tracker can even act as a remote shutter for your phone camera. Open Camera in the iSearching app, then press the button on your connected tracker to take a photo.

Rename your tracker

Travelling with more than one tracker? Go to Settings in the iSearching app to give each tracker a name, such as:

My Suitcase
Robert’s Bag
Carry-on

You can also add a photo to make each tracker easier to identify.

Turning your tracker off

Press and hold the tracker button for 3–5 seconds.
You’ll hear one long beep when it has switched off.

Replacing the battery

Your tracker uses a replaceable CR2032 battery. When the battery needs replacing, open the back of the tracker, remove the old battery and insert a new CR2032 battery.

Ready to travel

Attach your tracker securely to your luggage, keep Bluetooth enabled on your phone and make sure the iSearching app is running with the appropriate notifications enabled.

Then you’re ready for your next cruise adventure.
