Silver Ray Cruises
Silver Ray is Silversea's second Nova Class ship; this 728-passenger ship launched in 2024, following in the footsteps of sister ship Silver Nova. Silver Ray includes the same eco-friendly features, such as environmentally friendly liquefied natural gas (LNG), an all-new "horizontal" design that will be this class' signature, as well as all-balcony cabins with Butler service. The hybrid technology, according to Silversea, will not only help in port but will also allow Silver Ray to achieve a percent overall reduction in greenhouse gas emissions per double suite when compared to its previous Muse Class ships.
Silver Ray has a space-to-guest ratio of 75 GRT per passenger, the highest in the Silversea fleet, and a crew-to-guest ratio of 1:1.3. The ship uses large areas of glass to create a sense of space and openness, including sea-facing elevators with glass walls and a pool located on the side of the ship to create an area with unobstructed views.
