Cruises from Cee
Cee (pop. 7700)is a village on the far NW of Spain, in the province of A Coruña and the autonomous community (‘State’) of Galicia. It lies at the head of a narrow bay that protects it from the Atlantic. The foreshore is beautifully designed, with a 200 m sandy beach backed by a landscaped park and surrounded on three sides by a protective semicircular promenade.
In the distance are a marina and docks. Inland is the attractive old port town of Cee, nestled in a valley and surrounded by low green hills. Galicia has two official languages, Galician and Spanish. The region is prosperous, its economy centering around fishing and manufacturing.
