Cruises from Svishtov
Svishtov is a city in the Veliko Turnovo Province in north central Bulgaria. It is located on the south bank of the Danube River and is the most southerly harbour on the Danube in Bulgaria. The remains of the Roman Legion Camp of the colony of Novae, the best researched military camp, is situated three kilometres east of Svishtov. Nowadays only remains of the former fortifications and buildings can be seen.
