Cruises from Launceston

Launceston is Tasmania's second largest city and is situated at the north of the island state, at the junction of the North Esk and South Esk Rivers where they become Tamar River. Forty kilometres inland from Bass Strait to the north, Launceston is one of Australia's oldest cities, settled 1806 by Europeans and named after a town in Cornwall. It it was the first Australian city to have underground sewers and to be lit by hydroelectricity.
