All information, text, graphics, software, images and coding are the property of Clean Cruising and/or its various third party providers. No part of the contents may be reproduced, modified, removed, sold, transferred, or otherwise distributed without the express written permission of Clean Cruising and/or the applicable third party providers. Website Validity

All website content is provided as a guide only and must be used in conjunction with the relevant travel operator/s published conditions. Displayed prices & taxes are subject to availability and change without notice by the operators & government authorities, and will be subject to currency fluctuations. Additionally, the viewable content is dependant upon third party Web Servers, who do not necessarily display the current website information.

Ship features & cruise itineraries, related images & descriptions are indicative only, being subject to operator & port changes, while cabins in the same category on the same ship will commonly have different features, amenities, configurations & outlooks.

This website provides over 700,000 words of unique text as one of the Internet's largest and free-to-use cruise information resources. For reasons beyond our control as stated previously, Clean Cruising accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, inaccuracies or misleading statements which may appear anywhere on this site, whether or not they were supplied by third party providers.

Duration of Offers & Prices

All offers and prices (i.e. website, email or verbal) are made subject to availability and confirmation at the actual time of booking. All offers and prices made verbally (i.e. in person or by telephone) are valid for immediate acceptance only, they cannot be guaranteed for a later time or date & may be recorded by either party for verification purposes.

Unless specifically stated, an "Upgrade" offer is limited to the next level higher by either category (e.g. an outside cabin to a balcony) or by class (e.g. a D4 to a D2 inside cabin). A "Double Upgrade" offer will apply two category levels higher (e.g. inside cabin to a balcony class). Upgrade offers are included in the displayed pricing and you must book in the cabin category that you wish to sail in.

Once accepted, booking prices cannot be changed in respect of subsequent reduced fare offers made by third party travel operators for new bookings only, such price fluctuations being beyond Clean Cruising’s independent control.

How to Book

Select the travel of your choice and then contact us for a Consultant to process your request. You will be sent details of current availability and rates and upon your acceptance will then be advised of confirmation of your reservation if successfully processed. Alternatively book and hold a cabin using our online booking engine and a Consultant will confirm your request.

Changes in prices & itineraries

All prices displayed and quoted are in Australian dollars unless otherwise noted. Payments by us to operators on your behalf will be made at the prevailing exchange rate which is subject to market fluctuations. If any changes to your booking for reasons beyond our control (e.g. airline schedule change or hotel overbooking) result in a higher rate or a lesser standard of accommodation, you have the right to ask for a rearrangement or to withdraw from your travel booking subject to cancellation fees that may apply.

Good and Services Tax (GST)

All prices are inclusive of Australian GST where applicable.

Airfares

Any airfares that are included in your travel are subject to availability and many have special conditions that apply. (Many airfares cannot be changed without significant penalties and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of, and accept these conditions prior to booking. They are available from the carriers' own websites as well as from Clean Cruising. Photo Identification (Driver's License, Passport etc) must be carried by all adult passengers. A booking fee of AUD$10 per sector (Domestic), AUD$20 per sector (Trans Tasman) and AUD$100 per ticket (International) may apply.

Please note that not all airlines have fully comprehensive cover providing protection against their own insolvency. When Clean Cruising issues tickets on behalf of these airlines, we do so as an agent of this carrier and do not guarantee that these airlines have appropriate cover. We do not accept any financial liability for any airline's inability to fullfill its passage of carriage agreement with the passengers. For further information on each airline's insurance cover, please speak with your personal Consultant.

Deposits & Payments

Cruise lines may require a deposit to be paid to secure your cabin and these details will be communicated to you at our website or by your consultant. Clean Cruising does not charge any separate deposit.

Cancellation of your booking after deposit may incur a fee of $100 per person or 10% of the total value of the booking, whichever is greater. Clean Cruising may, at its sole discretion, credit its fee to the account for other travel to be used within a 12 month period.
