The 800-seat two-deck Playhouse Theatre is an excellent venue for shows, with two large video screens either side of the stage. The in-house Headliners Production Company features outstanding song-and-dance presentations superbly produced for each P&O ship at its Southampton studios.

The sports court has amenities for tennis, cricket, football, shuffleboard, quoits and golf. There are three main pools, one covered by a skydome.

The ship’s gym offers personal trainers and the latest technogym equipment. The Thermal Suite spa provides natural skin treatments while the Oasis spa has rooms with ocean-view balconies. The Retreat is Ventura’s open-air spa that offers al fresco spa treatments.

Children can play to their hearts content in The Reef, P&O Cruises exciting complimentary onboard programme; splash around in the family pools; let off steam in the sports arena, tuck into pizza and jelly at the dedicated children’s tea; and join family-friendly shore excursions featuring treasure hunts, water parks, beaches and adventure trips.
