The historical town of Zell, mostly known for its Riesling, is a village in the Mosel River valley of Germany that is the biggest wine-growing centre in the Mosel wine region. The queen of the vines, the Riesling vine thrives in the mild, bracing climate and on the steep, slated hillsides in the sun.
