Cruises from Pulau Rinca
Rinca Island (pronounced ’rin-cha) is one of the westernmost islands in East Nusa Tenggara Province of Indonesia. Komodo Island lies immediately to the west, and the large island Flores to the east. Rinca, Komodo and Padar are the main islands of Komodo National Park. The Park is famous for its dive sites and the Komodo Dragon, drawing thousands of visitors annually.
There are three trekking tracks (half hour to two hours) on Rinca that begin at Loh Buaya. The longer treks offer a good chance to see the giant lizards and their prey (wild pigs), as well as great views to sea.
