Cruises from Eigersund

Eigersund municipality lies at the SW coast of Norway, due east across the North Sea from Aberdeen, Scotland. Egersund is the town and port on the strait. The town was known for its pottery factory (closed in 1979) and it is among Norway's biggest fishing ports. To get around town, rent a bicycle at the tourist office. Stroll around town and look out for Maurholen Golfpark, Egtersund Church, and beautifully preserved wooden house settlements.
