Cruises from Bronnoysund
Brønnøysund is “the coastal town in the middle of Norway”, adjacent to the North Sea and just below the Arctic Circle. Brønnøysund sits on a narrow peninsula on the mainland surrounded by islands and water. Its population is just 5000. Commerce here is busy, including fishing, hydroponics, limestone mining, wood processing, and tourism.
Facing the waterfront are the white and blue buildings of The Brønnøysund Register Centre, which develops and operates many of the nation's most important registers and electronic solutions. Also based here is Torghatten ASA, a well-known Norwegian shipping company. Drive there over the Brønnøysund Bridge.
