World Cruise Benefits Terms & Conditions: Benefits are available exclusively to guests who have booked the full 2028 World Cruise aboard Crystal Symphony, embarking on January 11, 2028. These benefits do not apply to guests who book individual or back-to-back segments of the World Cruise. Crystal Society members, or past guests of Crystal, who book the 2028 World Cruise on or before September 30, 2025, will receive an additional 2.5% savings on top of their standard 2.5% loyalty discount, for a total savings of 5% towards the total cruise-only fare. Guests who choose to purchase airfare through Crystal will receive an airfare allowance toward the cost of their flights as follows: Up to $23.000 AUD per person for guests booked on the 150-day cruise option; Up to $12.000 AUD per person for guests booked on the 136-day cruise option. Alternatively, guests who choose to make their own air travel arrangements will receive an air credit in the following amounts, which will be applied towards their cruise-only fare: $15.000 AUD per person for the 150-day cruise option; $7.000 AUD per person for the 136-day cruise option. Both the airfare allowance and the air credit are applied per person, are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for any other services or benefits. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion. Each guest will receive an "As You Wish" shipboard credit of 1,500 USD per person. The "As You Wish" shipboard credit is non-refundable, non-commissionable, and non-transferable. It cannot be assigned, sold, or redeemed for cash. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the credit. The credit cannot be used for casino charges, gratuities, or payments towards the crew fund. Private transfers to and from the airport and hotel will be provided for all guests. Guests residing within 50 miles of Fort Lauderdale will receive a private transfer from their home to the pier.Complimentary laundry and pressing are provided with second-day service (returned within 24–48 hours) and do not include dry cleaning.The complimentary initial onboard medical visit includes the consultation only and does not cover medications, extended treatment, any shoreside medical services or routine exams such as physicals.
