Husavik is a town in Norourþing municipality on the north coast of Iceland on the shores of Skjalfandi bay, that is about 15 km across. The town of around 2000 inhabitants depends mainly on fishing and tourism. It has become the centre of whale-watching in Iceland. Klaksvik is as fishing port on the island Borðoy, one of the northernmost of the Faroe Islands. The archipelago is within the Kingdom of Denmark, and is situated about 400 km north of Scotland. The island group is equidistant from Scotland, Norway and Iceland. The approach to Klaksvik by sea in the summer shows the colourful village nestled along the shores of a narrow 1.5 km ‘fjord’, flanked on either side by snow-capped hills. Kristiansand is the southernmost city in Norway and lies where the rivers Otra and Tovdalselva enter into Skagerak. Travemünde is a sea resort and ferry port at the coast of the Baltic Sea. Travemünde is a borough of Lübeck, Germany, located at the mouth of river Trave in Lübeck Bay. Travemünde arose out of a stronghold placed there by Henry the Lion, Duke of Saxony, in the 12th century to guard the mouth of the Trave, and the Danes subsequently strengthened it.
