It is also one of the most ancient cities in the world, dating back to the Canaanite culture of the 17th century BC, and interestingly is mentioned thirteen times in the Bible.     Norwegian Spirit was launched in 1998 and received the most extensive bow-to-stern modernisation in Norwegian Cruise Line’s history in February 2020, making her look and feel like one of the newest ships navigating the high seas!
