1 Saturday, July 2, 2022 Copenhagen, Denmark Embark 6:00 PM
    View of Copenhagen, Denmark

Copenhagen, situated on two islands, is the capital and largest city in Denmark. It is perhaps best known for being the final resting place of the famous author Hans Christian Andersen, and also being one of the world’s most environmentally friendly cities. It has a very high quality of life. With many colourful buildings dating back to the early 18th century, medieval cobbled streets and canals just a stone's throw away from ultra-modern waterfront architecture, and a street plan that dates back to the Middle Ages, it simply captures the imagination of all visitors. 2 Sunday, July 3, 2022 Berlin (Warnemunde), Germany 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
    View of Berlin (Warnemunde), Germany

Passengers on ships visiting Berlin typically dock at the north eastern port of Warnemunde and go directly to the capital of Germany that is just a three hour train or coach ride away. Berlin, completely devastated in WW11, has amazingly seen the reconstruction of its sixteenth-century core that exists in the Nikolaiviertel, while nearby stand many rebuilt 19th C buildings from the time of the Second Reich. Little from the Third Reich has been rebuilt, except for the 1936 Olympic Stadium. Today the city is a mix of beautiful historical buildings and some truly amazing modern architecture. 4 Tuesday, July 5, 2022 Stavanger, Norway 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
    View of Stavanger, Norway

Stavanger, a city on the SW coast of Norway, grew to become among the most influential Norwegian cities in the late 1900s when oil was discovered in the North Sea. Today a vibrant city, but still with its small town appeal, the picturesque harbour with the quiet streets of the old town climbing up from the water’s edge, is the centre from which the city radiates across a network of islands interlaced with graceful bridges. The area is very popular for hiking, so if time permits visit the Pulpit Rock - a massive rock that overhangs the fjord at a height of 604 metres. Read more about Stavanger, Norway

    5 Wednesday, July 6, 2022 Eidfjord, Norway 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
    View of Eidfjord, Norway

Eidfjord, a municipality in the county of Hordaland in Norway, has two townships: Eidfjord that is the ‘City Centre’ as well as the major cruise harbour, and Ovre Eidfjord. Eidfjord offers visitors two options, either the opportunity to take in the beautiful scenery - the fjord landscapes are luxuriant with green mountain sides and white mountain tops - or to actively explore the hiking trails that surround Eidfjord. Most visit the impressive Sima Power Plant that is built into the mountain itself, while many also travel or hike to the ‘historical’ mountain farm Kjeasen. From the very top one will be astounded at the panoramic views of the Hardanger Fjord below as well as the surrounding mountains. Read more about Eidfjord, Norway

    6 Thursday, July 7, 2022 Kristiansand, Norway 12:00 PM 7:00 PM
    View of Kristiansand, Norway

Kristiansand is the southernmost city in Norway and lies where the rivers Otra and Tovdalselva enter into Skagerak. It is an interesting city retaining many of the 17th century buildings from its founding days by King Christian IV. The city is home to some of the best beaches - such as Hamresanden Beach located just 10 minutes from the city centre - in Norway. Kristiansand is also renowned for its cultural events, such as the numerous festivals held throughout the year, which include the Bragdoya Blues Festival in June, the Dark Season Festival in October, and the International Children’s Film Festival in April. View of Oslo, Norway

Oslo, the capital and most populous city in Norway, lies between the Oslo Fjord and the green hills of Oslomarka. The combination of city life and easy access to outdoor activities makes Oslo a unique destination. Oslo is built in a horseshoe shape on the shores of the Oslofjord and limited in most directions by hills and forests. Subsequently there are a number of delightful recreation areas, such as the Toyen area that includes the Botanical Gardens and a museum. Read more about Oslo, Norway

It is situated at the head of the 60 km long Eyjafjordur fjord, the longest and one of the most breathtaking fjords in Iceland.
