Southampton, UK, is a city and major port situated on the south coast of England, and is widely recognised as the capital of the country’s cruise industry. Each year more and more cruise liners take advantage of its superb cruise terminals. It is, of course, a gateway to Europe’s largest city, the enormous cosmopolitan city of London, with all the cultural and gastronomic attractions you'd expect from a world capital. View of Cartagena, Spain

Cartagena is a Mediterranean city and naval station located in the Region of Murcia, SE Spain. The rich Carthaginian heritage extends as far as the Sea Wall, built by Charles III in the 18th century, and which defines the old quarter. Overlooking the Mediterranean there are two elements that are clearly connected with the sea: the prototype of the submarine by the inventor Isaac Peral; and the National Museum of Maritime Archaeology. The museum is home to the National Centre of Underwater Archaeological Research that highlights aspects of naval construction from ancient times. Read more about Cartagena, Spain

Due to the several earthquakes that have struck the area on several occasions, the city is almost completely modern. Mostly viewed as the starting point for tours and trips to Taormina and Mount Etna, both of which are truly unforgettable, it also has much to offer in the way of history and beauty. 8 Sunday, September 11, 2022 Corfu, Greece 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
    View of Corfu, Greece

Corfu Island, located just off the west coast of Greece, boasts some of the most stunning scenery in the Greek Isles. With its impressive landscapes, rich vegetation, long golden beaches, the elegant capital Corfu Town, and many traditional villages, it is not surprising that this island receives many visitors each year. The capital is possibly most impressive, due to the Venetian, French and English civilisations that are remembered for the architectural elements they have left behind. Be sure to visit the Achillion Palace with its picturesque gardens overlooking Corfu Town, and at least one of the many Greek churches and monasteries. Read more about Corfu, Greece

Varna is the largest city and seaside resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and the third largest city in Bulgaria. Because of its history and its economic and cultural significance, it is often called the Sea Capital of Bulgaria. Varna’s origins date back almost five millennia, but it wasn’t until seafaring Greeks founded a colony there in 585 BC that the town became a port. The modern city is both a shipyard and port for incoming freighters and the navy, and a riviera town visited by tourists. Read more about Varna, Bulgaria

    View of Venice, Italy

Located at the head of the Adriatic Sea between the mouths of the Piave and Po Rivers, an intricate web of 118 tiny islands and canals make up the enchanting city of Venice in Italy. Considered to be an extremely beautiful and romantic destination, it is not surprising that Venice has played an important role in the history of symphonic and operatic music. One must take a gondola ride along some of the over 150 canals, including the Grand Canal. Be amazed at the numerous bridges – such as the Rialto bridge – and absorb the glorious renaissance architecture with its panorama of superbly detailed facades. Read more about Venice, Italy

    Queen Victoria Overview

    Queen Victoria

    4.3
    (from 92 verified customers)

Queen Victoria ship is one of the three Queens making up the Cunard fleet. Launched in 2007 and last refitted in 2018, the ship carries 2061 passengers. Aboard the smallest of the Cunard ships you will rarely find yourself in a crowd, except perhaps at dinner time or at a popular theatre show. She is a classic ship honouring the British tradition of afternoon tea, which includes white-gloved waiters who serve finger sandwiches, scones with cream in the Queens Rooms. She is elegant and a true icon to sail on. Queen Victoria is one of the few ships that has a class system, linking staterooms with dining venues. Art work specially commissioned is visible in public rooms, corridors, staterooms and lobbies. Most of the major public rooms are on the lowest decks: the Illuminations cinema, Royal Court Theatre, Grand Lobby, restaurants, shopping arcade, bars and clubs are on decks 2 and 3. On Deck 11 are the Queen's Grill and Princess Grill restaurants for higher-fare passengers. Amenities include the largest ballroom at sea and 5-star entertainment nightly in the Royal Court Theatre.
