Your cruise specialist is an expert on layby plans and can answer all your questions! Australian cruise/travel agencies are required to display their physical office address which consumers can view and verify in Google Maps.
If you can't find it on their website and communications, then chances are they hiding something from you.
At best they are a backyard operation with limited resources, difficult to track down when things go wrong.
Consumers are warned to stay away from any booking agency that doesn't display their business address - it's just not worth the risk!

Unlock the Past Scottish & Irish Theme Cruise November 2011
Over 250 people attended the inaugural Unlock the Past History & Genealogy Cruise to the South Pacific in March 2011. Following on from this response we're delighted to again partner with Unlock the Past in announcing an even bigger and better cruise event. Sailing aboard Holland America Line's "MS Volendam", this 14 night cruise departs Auckland on 21 November 2011 with 8 ports of call before arriving in Sydney Harbour. The conference programme will have a Scottish and Irish theme with a host of engaging speakers, as well as a range of other general topics covered.
