Alongside these are two small private venues, Kaiseki (US$60 pp by reservation) and La Grande Dame by Relais & Châteaux. On the top pool and open-air decks are Spaccanapoli for all-day pizza, and Hot Rocks grill. The latter serves daytime rotisserie and salad and burgers; at night it morphs into cook-yourself hot stone cooking.
