Silver Cloud 
Silver Cloud leaves the Mediterranean in June 20210 to spend the northern Winter in the North Atlantic and Baltic Sea. As the seasons warm in September she travels to the Mediterranean, before crossing to the Caribbean in November 2010. In May 2011 she returns to the Mediterranean and North Atlantic waters. Later in 2011 Silver Cloud re-visits the Caribbean and (as smaller vessels can) travels to Central Brazil on the Amazon River. Cabins are quiet and beautifully decorated, large, with walk-in closets and TV/VCR (and free videos), marble bathroom and combo tub/shower complemented with lots of Bvlgari bath amenities, and stocked to meet all your needs. Most have private verandahs. Upgrade through Primo, Royal, Grand and Owner’s Suites. Room service includes dinners served course by course, perhaps on the balcony under a starry sky.
Entering service in 1994 and recently refurbished, at 16,927 GT the Italian-line Silver Cloud carries just 296 passengers. This is an elegant vessel suited to highly personalised cruising. Dining is a delight with gourmet meals at all hours served with complimentary wines. Eat on deck at The Terrace Restaurant or the poolside Grill. Retire to the Panorama or Observation lounges, or take in an evening show in the multi-tiered Venetian Lounge. Mix with friends at The Bar where the waiter calls you by name and remembers your last drink. Daytime entertainment ranges across language lessons, dance classes, trivia competition, and Silver Links golf program. The evenings present small production shows and performers, and there’s always the well-stocked library or casino table. Port lectures are most informative. Guests are generally well-travelled and over 40. Attention to detail on Silver Cloud is impeccable. As one guest said, “it’s like cruising on ‘cloud nine’”.
