Enchantment of the Seas
Enchantment of the Seas offers 5- to 9-night cruises out of the Eastern Seaboard of the USA to Bermuda and the Caribbean. In the northern Summer some cruises also venture north to New England and Canada. Following the 2005 refurbishing, there are more balcony and family cabins. Family Oceanview Staterooms can accommodate up to six guests and typically include two twin beds, which can convert into a queen-size bed; bunk beds in a separate enclosed area; sitting area with sofa bed; and mini bar. If you want to spoil yourself, the Royal, Owners and Grand Suites offer more than the comforts of home. The ship has 20 handicap accessible staterooms, available in inside, outside and balcony categories. Room service options are available around the clock. This ship has one of the most beautiful sun decks/pool decks at sea – spacious, and also possessing unique features, such as a multi-coloured splash pool, the Oasis bar with sea view stools, and the elegant suspension bridges that sway over the area.

Enchantment of the Seas entered service in 1997, and after a major restructure (lengthening) in 2005 emerged larger at 80,700 GT, carrying 2252 passengers. Formal dining is in the two-tier My Fair Lady dining room next to the grand staircase and waterfall. Choose great alternative dining in the buffet Windjammer Marketplace or the Chops Grille. The Solarium Pool has a grill area that serves up pizza, burgers and so forth. The ship’s main focal point is its round 10-deck Centrum with its bars, cafés and shops. Daytime entertainment is mainly around the pool deck; at night at the Orpheum Theater’s production shows, the casino, and the bars, lounges and pub. For fitness try the bungee trampoline, the rock wall climb, and Solarium pool; the two-deck spa and fitness equipment are certainly adequate. This ship appeals to families, and there’s something for every age group.
