Pacific Princess
Until November 2010 Pacific Princess plies the Eastern Mediterranean, with 12-night cruises to the Holy Land, Aegean Sea and Black Sea. She then crosses the Atlantic to Fort Lauderdale, and takes a 14-night each-way voyage to central Brazil on the Amazon River. In January 2011 Pacific Princess begins a 107-night World Cruise westwards via the Panama Canal, Australia, Asia, Middle East, African coastline, and finally Rome. Staterooms are available as suites with balcony, mini-suites with balcony, Oceanview rooms and interior rooms. For longer voyages look for a larger cabin. Ninety-two percent of cabins are outside, three-quarters of which have verandahs. Amenities across the board include a private safe; a telephone; plenty of drawer space; a mini-fridge; and television with the major channels including Discovery Channel and movies.

Pacific Princess entered service in 1999 at 30,227 GT, carrying 688 passengers. Like its sister ship Ocean Princess, its interior décor is stunning and elegant. The overall feel is that of an old-world country club, replete with grand staircase of Titanic style. The library is a grand room with fireplace. The value for money is excellent for cruising in a mid-size ship with some interesting dining choices. There are four main dining venues: the main dining room, Sabatini's Trattoria restaurant, the Panorama buffet and the Club restaurant. Supplement this with sundry bars, lounges, dance clubs, and casinos for adults. Entertainment venues offer games and activities. There's one freshwater pool (really all it needs) and a cabaret lounge takes the place of a main theatre. The Cabaret Lounge, equipped with a sound and lighting system, presents first-run movies and live music and hosts variety shows. There are no dedicated facilities for children. The Lotus Spa has beauty services and a well-equipped Fitness Center. Other facilities include a library, a card room, an internet café, a jogging track, a golf practice cage and shuffle board.
