Also, there are no fees or late charges, while payments are always flexible to suit your own budget. We recommend payments be made by direct deposit for your convenience and to further reduce your bank fees.
Most importantly, all your Layby payments are protected at all times by Australia's Travel Compensation Fund.
Your cruise specialist is an expert on layby plans and can answer all your questions! Australian cruise/travel agencies are required to display their physical office address which consumers can view and verify in Google Maps.
If you can't find it on their website and communications, then chances are they hiding something from you.
At best they are a backyard operation with limited resources, difficult to track down when things go wrong.
Consumers are warned to stay away from any booking agency that doesn't display their business address - it's just not worth the risk!

Crossing between Eastern Australia and the Americas, call in at ports in New Zealand, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Samoa, French Polynesia, and Hawaii. In the Americas most itineraries start or finish in Honolulu, Vancouver or a Californian port. A few cross from Florida via the Panama Canal, or Santiago in Chile. A Pacific crossing allows for long refreshment and pampering in style; and the delights of mixing with Pacific island cultures. Expect about 13 sea days. Want activity? Modern cruise ship facilities and activities will keep you busy!
Repositioning cruises heading east and west are offered by six vessels of Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Holland America and Princess lines. Sectors of World Cruises are offered by the three Cunard ships, two P&O International ships, and vessels of Princess and Holland America. If you prefer a smaller vessel (fewer than 400 passengers), sail in luxury on Silver Whisper.
Each April and September ships relocate between seasons – warm Australia and the fjords of North America. Families embark/disembark in Honolulu if Hawaii is their destination. If you want to make the fascinating trip through the Panama Canal, then get on or off a ship in Florida (Amsterdam or Pacific Princess in early 2013). For a very special cruise, in February 2014 Queen Victoria crosses from Santiago in Chile, South America, to Brisbane via the rarely visited Easter and Pitcairn Islands, and French Polynesia (22 nights).

Sydney Cruise ships berthed at Sydney’s Overseas Passenger Terminal (OPT) access sweeping views of the harbour, Opera House, CBD, Circular Quay ferry terminal, and Sydney Harbour Bridge – all within a few minutes’ walk. The new White Bay Cruise Terminal (near Balmain), for mid-sized vessels that can pass under the Bridge, docks two cruise ships. Facilities at both terminals are efficient, though White Bay is 30 minutes’ drive by taxi or shuttle bus to the CBD and Central Station. Long term car parking is not too far away from each terminal. During the crowded summer season cruise ships occasionally tender passengers from Athol Buoy and Point Piper Buoy. QM2 has docked at Garden Island Naval Base.

Suva Suva is the capital and largest city of Fiji. Perched on a hilly peninsula between Laucala Bay and Suva Harbour in the south-east corner of the island of Viti Levu, it is a beautiful, tropical, city full of colour and diverse cultures. Local folk traditions remain strong, like fire walks and welcoming ceremonies, wood-carving and the fabrication of tree-bark cloth!

Apia Apia, town and capital of Samoa, is located on the northern shore of Upolu Island in the South Pacific Ocean. The only city in Samoa, Apia is the country's chief port and economic centre. It is situated on a natural harbour at the mouth of the Vaisigano River, with Mount Vaea, the burial place of the writer Robert Louis Stevenson, directly to its south. He spent the last four years of his life here, and his home 'Vailima' is now a museum in his honour, and a visit is highly recommended.
