Cruises from Adak Island
Adak Island is close to the western extremity of the Aleutian Islands in Alaska USA, and is home to the town of Adak, Alaska’s southernmost town. The best time to visit is from October through February as the weather here can bring highly variable and often unpredictable winds, frequent cloud cover and cold temperatures. Indeed Mt Moffett, a volcano at 1,196 m in height, is snow covered for most of the year.
