Cruises from Poivre
The Poivre (Pepper) Islands are a group of islands lying 270 km SW of the capital Victoria on Mahé, the Seychelles’ main island. They are located in the Amirante group of coral islands and atolls that belong to the Outer Islands of the Seychelles. There are four islands on the reef, the two larger islands joined at low tide by a 750 m causeway. There’s a small village on Poivre Nord for caretakers and conservationists, who also maintain the 1100 m grass airstrip that just fits across the island.
