Cruises from Harsova
Harsova is a town located on the right bank of the Danube in Constanta County, Romania. Just a two hour drive from Bucharest, it is home to the Roman settlement of Carsium City - even Constatine the Great once passed through - whose ruins are expansive and well worth visiting. There is the medieval fortress built in the 10th C where one can still see several stately walls, and then there is the 40m long Grand Wall that ends at the Commander Tower that should not be overlooked.
