Cruises from Lyme Regis
Lyme Regis (“The Pearl of Dorset”) is on the south coast of West Dorset, England, overlooking the English Channel. The town is home to about 4,500 mostly-retirees. Lying on the Heritage Coast, of notable beauty and scientific significance, the region has been set aside for the enjoyment of visitors. The town is noted for fossils found in the cliffs and beaches (hence ‘Jurassic Coast’) and regularly uncovered by coastal landslips.
