Cruises from Isla Santa Clara
Isla Santa Clara is a tiny, rocky, and sparsely-covered island off the coast of Ecuador, in the Gulf of Guayaquil, just 3 degrees south of the Equator. Eleven hundred kilometres west, in the Pacific, are the Galapagos Islands, and 43 km to the east is Puerto Bolivar on the Ecuadorian mainland. This 5-acre island is the largest seabird refuge in the country, with 21 species. On shore you’ll also see sea lions, iguanas, blue footed boobies, frigate birds, and brown pelicans.
