Cruises from Cape Hallett
Cape Hallett, at 72.3 deg. South, is within the Antarctic Circle. It lies at the tip of the Victorian Land region near the head of the Ross Sea and is set against the awesome vista of Antarctica’s highest mountains, over 4000 metres, the Admiralty Range. Massive glaciers course their way down from the interior to the sea and the area is home to large numbers of Weddell seals, as well as Adelie penguins.
