 Port Canaveral is just north of Cocoa Beach and east of Merritt Island, and is one of the busiest cruise ports in Florida. It has warm, inviting beaches, rolling surf and year round sunshine. The city of Cape Canaveral is one of the friendliest communities in northern Brevard County. Tourism and the space industry are two of the top job sectors for the residents as it is also home to the Kennedy Space Centre.
A tour of the Space Centre gives one the opportunity to tour NASA’s launch and landing facilities, ride the Shuttle Launch Experience, participate in the Astronaut Training Experience as well as view interactive simulators and live shows. There are also Space Shuttles and rockets on display, historical NASA exhibits, IMAX movies, and launch viewing.  Cozumel is a Caribbean island just off the Yucatan Peninsula in SE Mexico. It has grown steadily over the years since Jacques Cousteau first put the island on the map as a sea turtle sanctuary. While it has great beaches, friendly people and safe streets, with prices comparable to other Mexican tourist destinations, most visitors travel to Cozumel to see what is under the water. However, they also discover a culture rich in warm hospitality, and an island-full of moments they’ve never experienced before.

 Belize City, the largest city in the Central American nation of Belize, is located at the mouth of the Belize River on the coast of the Caribbean. For those who spend some time at this small but somehow sprawling metropolis, rather than leave immediately to visit the northern cays, the city will reveal a distinguished history, and several superb sights, and through interaction with the city’s inhabitants, visitors appreciate that the city’s astonishing energy and contrasting easy-going Caribbean atmosphere is principally due to the wonderful variety of ethnic groups.
Visit the Marine and Coastal Zone Museums at the north side’s Marine Terminal that offer displays of the eco systems that support the reef and cays, and the historical Fort George Lighthouse. Appreciate what the Baron Bliss Memorial means to the locals, and explore the Museum of Belize that leaves you with a real sense of the extent and impact of the Maya civilization. The city’s commercial centre houses banks, large stores, an enclosed marketplace, and a variety of gift and souvenir shops. When hungry, for a real taste of Belizean cuisine, skip the expensive restaurants and have lunch - supplied by a range of vendors - on one of the benches at Battlefield Park, while you feed your senses on views of the city.  Roatan (aka Ruatan, Rattan) is the largest of the Bay Islands, which are a part of Honduras, lying just over 48 km from the northern coast of the Honduran mainland. It is known around the world for its scuba diving. The reef surrounding the island attracts beautiful tropical fish and snorkellers alike. Dive attractions include sea walls and shiowrecks. Sea turtles, dolphins, and whales swim in the waters of Roatan.
On the other hand Roatan is an island with various beaches, distinctive for their quietness, and crystal clear waters that will make you enjoy the sea as if you were in an enormous natural swimming pool. There are several well developed communities that are well worth visiting, each with their own attractions, such as Coxen Hole, French Harbour, West Bay, and West End. For example an iguana farm east of French Harbor provides a refuge for thousands of iguanas and is open for tourists. Take a tour that buses guests to a great height and then the participants take the Zipline down to the coast, enjoying some fantastic scenery along the way. Visit the Sante’ Wellnes Centre Day Spa in a most peaceful setting and experience a comprehensive spa and massage therapy session. Whatever you do keep a lookout for the parrots, iguana, and monkeys that live in the wild on this tropical island.  Costa Maya is a small tourist region of Mexico that is part of the Mexican Caribbean coast. It includes two small villages, Mahahual and Xcalak. While the port itself is home to a modern tourist shopping mall, a central plaza with saltwater pools and swim-up style bars, as well as stores selling a mixture of souvenir items, most visitors enjoy going further afield. For example Mahahual offers soft sandy beaches, a coral beach, as well as several bars, restaurants and shops. It is also building New Mahahual, which is sure to increase its attraction to visitors.
A trip to nearby Uyumil Che - nicknamed the Monkey Farm - can be entertaining. This facility can best be described as a rehabilitation centre for injured wild animals that need to be returned to their natural habitat. Bird watchers are delighted with the number of toucans that can be spotted from the nearby jungle. For historians, exploring the Maya ruins that provide glimpses into the past, is a must. Chacchoban is the closest at a little over an hour away, while just a bit further is Kohunlich. Another drawcard is the world’s second largest barrier reef that is a magnet for snorkellers and divers. Not only is the reef magnificent, but adding to its attraction are the numerous sunken ships. Carnival Dream offers year-round Saturday-departure 7-night cruises out of Port Canaveral, Florida. To the Western Caribbean, cruises call at ports in Mexico (Cozumel and Costa Maya), Honduras (Roatan), and Belize City. To the Eastern Caribbean, cruises call at beautiful beach and old-pirate ports in the Bahamas (Nassau), Antigua and Barbuda (St.Johns), US Virgin Islands (Charlotte Amalie), and Guadeloupe (St.Marten).
Accommodation
The 19 cabin categories include interior staterooms, ocean-view rooms, deluxe ocean rooms, cove balcony rooms, balcony rooms, balcony cloud 9 spa rooms, balcony suites and penthouse suites. All staterooms include flat-screen TV's, safe, minibar, hair dryer, bathrobes to wear during your cruise, and Carnival Comfort Bed with plush mattresses, good quality duvets, linens and pillows. The Deluxe ocean-view staterooms have a full bathroom with shower, plus a separate washroom sink and junior tub, and some accommodate five persons.
Food and Dining
There are two main restaurants, each on two levels (and with annexes for private functions). Dine traditionally at two sittings, or take the open seating option for dinner. Every menu features delicious entrees, vegetarian and low-carb selections and inspired spa entrees plus fabulous desserts. Alternative dining choices (by reservation and at extra cost) are the Chef's Art Supper Club that features a la carte steaks and seafood amid fine settings, and Wasabi which is the ship's sushi venue.
Entertainment
The main show lounge spanning three decks presents large production shows and cabaret acts backed by a live show band. The Burgundy Lounge has a stage, dance floor, large bar and features cabaret entertainers. The Caliente provides Latin music for vibrant dance, dance, dance. At Sam's piano bar listen to live music, make song requests, and sing along.
